If you see the message "Time not synchronized. Unfortunately, transactions cannot be processed. Please enable the Set time automatically option", it means that the time on your device is ahead or behind by more than 15 seconds your local time.


In this case, you won't be able to transfer Evers to anyone from your profile. 


To fix this, you need to adjust the current time on your device or set the device to set the time automatically.

When the time is set correctly, the warning message from the Surf main screen will disappear, and you will be able to transfer Evers.
